Julia Bush

Julia is a senior from Ft. Worth, Texas studying international journalism at the University of Missouri. Last summer, she hiked and kayaked all over coastal Maine while reporting for The Ellsworth American. Previously, she wrote for Brussels, Belgium's Together Magazine and beautiful Columbia, Missouri's aptly-named Columbia Missourian. Julia is interested in writing, design, community engagement and a little bit of everything else if she's being honest. If she's not in a newsroom, she's probably playing a ukulele in a park somewhere or reading one of those essay collections all famous female comedians write.
